Dispatch

Orders before 3:00pm for items in stock will often be dispatched on the same working day (Monday – Friday). Orders after 3:00pm will often be dispatched the next working day (Monday – Friday). Your pre-order items will usually be dispatched for delivery a day before the official release date. This is to insure we comply with publisher’s street release dates. Please note that although we will do everything we can to try and get the product to you on the day of release, we cannot guarantee pre orders will reach you in time and cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit.

During Bank Holidays and the Christmas period we will aim to adhere to our dispatch procedure, however there can be delays due to the busy time of year. We will release recommended ‘order by’ dates in December so that customers know the last date they will need to order by so that they receive their purchase in time for Christmas Day.

 

Delivery

Delivery costs are included in all our products!

For most items, we use Royal Mail 48 and items will usually arrive within two working days post-dispatch. However, in some situations – such as adverse weather conditions, industrial strike action or busy trading periods – this can be delayed so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.  For larger and more expensive items, we use DPD and their next day service.

All Computer video and TCG products under £100 in value:

Royal Mail 48 (items will usually arrive within two working days but can take longer due some situations – such as adverse weather conditions/busy trading periods)

 

Computer Video games and TCG products over £100 in value:

Royal Mail 24 Tracked or DPD (for larger sized products)

 

Consoles or Hardware over £200:

DPD Tracked and signed service (Orders placed before 12pm)

If you live in the UK but not on the mainland (e.g Guernsey or Highlands) please take into consideration that it may take a little longer for you to receive your order. Delays for orders in these areas should be no longer than 48 hours.

We send some orders digitally via email. If this is the case, we will inform you via the product description. It can take up to 24 working hours to receive your order digitally. We will send your digital order to the email you provide to us in the order details.

International shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the UK.
